If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Batteries must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your return label.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the battery in its original box and use protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
